First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. I have installed doggy doors myself for this beast of a dog, and I have paid other professional doggy door installers at other homes to provide that service. "This company did a job in the rain instead of waiting for the next day. My stamping was extremely crooked, the steps were not even and were different heights, the seal was not done correctly and they refused to fix their error. Now, we are getting bubbling as well. The cutting was also done crooked and the whole job was lazy. What should have been a beautiful project was money wasted and will need to be completely redone in a couple of years. After immediately pointing issues out, they refused to redo their work and continued to "fix" it which did nothing. I'd never use them again."
