Heritage Home Renovations

This contractor did not complete the project even though I was required to pay and they did not pay the subcontractors they hired.  So I have lawyers and liens that I have been facing regularly and am still receiving notices of non payment by these people.  Tony Cunningham and Kris Pawlak are not qualified contractors and you will spend a great deal of time in court if you choose to deal with them.

I hired this company for a complete renovation.  I was going to be out of town for the 10 weeks it was estimated to complete the job.  I paid in full up front so that my being out of town would not hold up construction.

One year later my project is incomplete.  My roof leaks.  My fence is unlevel.  I have one gate that is like my fence and two gates that are completely different.

I have a dumpster full of trash in my yard.  Water now runs into my basement when it rains and never did for the twenty years I have lived there.

My yard has piles of dirt in it.  My bedroom floor is ruined.  Some of my doors were put in so the light switch is on the opposite side of the opening.

I was to have decorative concrete and have none.

The stack stone (brick) is falling off of the walls and columns that surround my pool.

I have had to rerun the electrical and all of the plumbing has been redone causing me to have to cut access panels in walls, floors, and ceilings.

As stated above this company has was paid and did not complete the work.  HHR's work that was performed is now having to be redone due to leaks, electrical failures, etc.  Kris Pawlak and Tony Cunningham were the two owners I dealt with and neither of these men kept their work about anything.  If you choose to deal with either of these men a tape recorder and everything in writing is in your best interest.

Went very well. Had a minor schedule problem with a sub-contractor.
