Adam installed a pet door for us. Doesn't sound like a big deal, right? Actually, it is a pretty big deal to do. First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. I have installed doggy doors myself for this beast of a dog, and I have paid other professional doggy door installers at other homes to provide that service. Adam's finished product is head and shoulders above what either I or other professionals that I've hired in the past have delivered. First rate experience, first rate workmanship. I would definitely recommend Adam for any similar kind of work. Attention to detail is exceptional.

Reached out to Adam for a quote on getting a fence installed and heard back in less then an hour. Followed up with a call when I responded with questions. Price was outstanding and easy to schedule the work being done. Adam checked in multiple times prior to the install date to make sure we were good to go. Showed up on time and was VERY professional. Did an amazing job showing us what he did and how to use the equipment. Took all the time we needed to show us how to train our Sadie. Overall I could not be more happy with the service provided. Even after he was done I reached out to him a week later with questions and he spent the time to call my wife and answer the questions she had. I would recommend him 1000% for anyone looking to get a fence installed. Thanks again Adam it was a pleasure (and BTW Sadie is doing GREAT in the fence)

Excellent! Adam was great. He texted us the night before the install was scheduled to confirm, was punctual the morning of, spent as much time as needed after the fence was installed to help with training, and followed up by email and text to check on how training was going. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for this type of fence! Very professional and at such a great price!

I highly recommend Adam and Outdoor Pet Solutions. Not only does he have the best pricing on the underground fence but he is amazing to work with. My Mom was very unsure if this would work for her and we had a ton of questions. The training made her very nervous but he did not leave until she knew exactly what she needed to do and he has even followed up several times to see how it was going. He really put her mind at ease. He is so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Even her dog, Skittles was totally confrontable with Adam. Dogs are usually really good judges of character. This was definitely a great choice and we are very satisfied!

Outdoor Pet Solutions installed our very first dog fence about 5 years ago. Adam, the owner, was extremely easy to work, his pricing was very competitive and he placed our dog as his top priority. Just recently we had a major landscaping installation that caused us to need to make a lot of changes to the existing dog fence line as well as a lot of repairs. Adam was on top of it. He worked with the landscape company to make sure he was there the exact day that would benefit the installation. His attention to detail and his commitment to our dog goes above and beyond the call. I highly recommend Outdoor Pet Solutions!!

Absolutely wonderful! Adam's drive to 'keep dogs safe, not make sales' is 100% genuine and it shows. He offered thorough explanations for everything. After installation of both the MaxSeal pet door and the fence (both of which were incredibly nicely done) he went over the handbook/folder with me, highlighting the different phases of training, etc. After that, we went outside and he showed me how to handle each of our dogs, applying what we had just discussed. Next, it was my turn and he observed me and gave me more pointers. Overall, he helped us better understand dog behavior and what to expect in the days that follow. The cherry on top is that his prices are clearly calculated, and fair! Thank you so much!

Adam with Out Door Pet Solutions did an excellent job installing our underground fence. I called and got quotes from several companies. Out Door Pet Solutions price is lower than most of their competitors. Adam arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. After the installation was complete Adam went over the details of the system as well as the training process. Next he took the time to train our GoldenDoodle Mildred as well as myself on the fence. The training process is detailed in a book provided and seems to be very effective. Mildred is ahead of schedule on the training and should be roaming the yard in no time. Adam did a super job. He looked at my house and helped me decide which way I should go to allow my dogs access to the back yard. He measured my dogs to be sure the door was the correct size and installed it without hurting the integrity of my door. This was not an easy job. Would highly recommend Adam and Outdoor Pet Solutions.

I can’t say enough good things about Outdoor Pet Solutions. Working with Adam was nothing short of an amazing experience. If you’re needing an invisible fence solution or any of his services - look no further! I found him online just by searching, saw he had good reviews and I decided to send him an inquiry via his website late one night. He called me by 8:30am the next morning (was ultra responsive) and spent 45 minutes listening to my needs and consulting with me. He had a ton of options, different brands, talking about the pro’s and con’s of each and wasn’t really trying to sell me on anything, more just educating me. Then left the decision up to me, not biased or pushy at all. After a few more conversations I decided to move forward with him. He was able to give me a quote very easily and was very reasonable. He came out and installed my system that took about half a day and then spent the next 2 hours taking us through his “training” program for and with our dog. It was crazy how detailed, how professional, and how knowledgeable he is. He’s been doing this for forever and it shows. He is not about selling you a system and walking away, but he’s a dog trainer and helped train our dog hands on with the system. I’m in sales myself and I was just blown away at the level of service this guy provides. You can tell he is passionate and cares, and I got far more than I paid for. Amazing experience. We are still in training but We were so lucky to find Adam and Outdoor Pet Solutions. He is responsive, reasonably priced and professional. He trained me to train our large dog and worked with her himself for the first session. Great service! It is obvious he cares about the people and pets he serves. "This fence system was installed in May of 2014. The fence system was installed through a creek bed in the back yard. We had advised against this to the customer prior to installation due to potential damage the creek could cause to the fence wire. Customer insisted on including the creek bed. A few months later the creek flooded and damaged the fence wire. We responded immediately and found the damage. Customer asked us NOT to repair the line to avoid a service charge. We advised the customer to have us install the fence line outside of the creek bed as originally suggested, to avoid future damage. Customer chose not to have this solution completed. Please contact us when you are ready to have your fence wire reinstalled. Thank you, Adam Hatela (Owner)"
