We hired another provider to do an estimate on the services they have done. The total amount paid at that time to this company was $60,000 but the provider who did the estimate of their work couldn't come up with $20,000 so there is an additional $40,000 that is unaccounted for. We have been in contact with local officials and found that they cannot enter a contact for more than $25,000 without the appropriate licensing. We have also found that to avoid this issue they lied about the building parameters and kept the codes and such in a way that they would not have to have the appropriate licensing for the job we contacted for.
