They ripped up carpet and replaced it with new hardwood. Then they sanded and refinished existing and new hardwood to match. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did! "I had done a lot of clean-up in my rental upon vacating. I hired Miss Cruz to do the last-ditch cleanup upon moving out for $200. I sprayed oven cleaner in the oven and she (according to my husband) turned on the auto clean on the oven. When I checked later, the oven cleaner was still in the oven - NOT wiped out, so I had to do it. I also noticed crumbs on the island. I had purchased an oven cleaner since she said she did not have any and when I got back to the house the oven cleaner and my toilet bowl cleaner had been removed. Not saying she took it, but I can not find it. I expected the house to smell clean and fresh but there was no hint of a clean smell. However, the floors did look nice."

"David showed up on scheduled time to provide detailed estimate (in writing) including materials. He was able to work within a few days of project turn on. David arrived on scheduled time and went over the contract to make sure the work estimated was what was being planned. He prepared the room for popcorn removal by placing plastic on all the floors and walls. He cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself. He was friendly and courteous. He was nice to my barking dogs. He communicated effectively when he was running late (e.g. when he had a flat tire). He used quality paint and materials. He is skilled at his job (over 35 years in the business). He is a veteran. He is conscientious and pays attention to detail. He provided me with ideas on the rest of my project (installing faux beams). He did a terrific job on my house. He made sure I was happy with the job overall. He provided me the leftover paint."
