"I am so sorry you are not happy with your clean, I wish you would have called me and let me know we would have come out and did a free clean for you with no problem and it would have been me the owner coming to do it. If you would like for us to come and do a clean for you it will be free for you, please let me know again I apologize if you are not happy thank you, and just so you know the worker that came out is no longer with me due to problems of her not following the rules on wearing the mask."
