Many homeowners in Knoxville are unaware that there is a cost-effective, permanent, and cosmetically beautiful flooring solution that provides years of durable use across different areas of the home. Garage floors, basements, and more are often susceptible to water leaks and require bothersome maintenance after heavy rains. Additionally, many homeowners avoid their basements due to their dingy and drab appearance, regardless of dampness. The solution to both scenarios is a professionally installed, Industrial-Grade Epoxy/Polyaspartic Floor.\nA durable, easy-to-clean, and beautiful alternative to bare concrete, tile, or carpeting, our coating systems allow Knoxville homeowners to "take back their home." Epoxy is the ideal choice to revive your residential spaces, transforming them from a state of deterioration, bugs, mice, and odors to a functional and appealing area. This flooring solution will make homeowners actually want to use one of the largest areas in their home again.

"Arrived early and went to work. Keep me informed throughout the day as to their progress. Garage floor looks good and did a very neat cleanup."

"The garage floor and front porch coatings turned out PERFECTLY. I was so happy with the look and finished product. The attention to detail not to get any material on my stone work or siding was done with thought and care. The jobs were reasonably/fair priced out compared to my 3 other estimates. Not the highest nor the cheapest but came in the middle which was well worth the money getting that type of guarantee and quality of work which also gives my home more equity. I highly/strongly recommend Garage Floor Experts as you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !!! David the owner is one of thee nicest and most professional people I have ever met as I am happy now to call him a family friend. They also gave me a 10% Military Discount too which helped my budget in getting this project done. Take Care & God Bless v/r Rich Purvis"

"Excellent! We bought a new home about a year ago and hired Grigore's Hardwood Flooring to refinish all the floors before we moved in. They did an excellent job. Recently we were working with a contractor to re-do our kitchen, which involved taking up a tile floor and putting down a hardwood floor. The guy the contractor was using was terrible!! He made a huge mess. I reached out to Grigore, told him our problem and that we needed his help right away. His answer? "No problem! We can fix this for you" and they did! They were very flexible, prompt and did a great job as before. I cannot speak highly enough about this company."
