Within 2 days I was contacted and had the service scheduled for one of the three times that I requested. That was today, a week after the original request. Very nice! Mark showed up on time today ready to install my new dryer vent. He did the carpentry and made a trip to the store for a few parts and got the work done on schedule. He also replaced 5 outside floodlights using his ladder. Overall used up the time as paid for and did a fine job. Very impressed with the service and ease to get the first step in our bathroom remodel completed. We will use Hoods again for home services. I was very pleasantly surprised and my expectations were exceeded.
