"They did a great job for a reasonable price. They gave a free quote for the job first. They answered all of our questions and more. Once we hired them, they showed up when they said they were going to and worked until the job was done. They were very knowledgeable. We hired them to regrade our yard and install a french drain. Two days after the project was finished, it rained really hard and the yard drained like it was supposed to. We are very happy with their work and would hire them again. We would recommend them."

Apart from that, it is the owner who gave me crap about contacting him rather frequently and changing the plan related to one tree. He is a very poor communicator and letting you know when your job will be done. I realize that weather plays a factor in timing, however, this man did nothing to help indicate when they would be coming out until it was a week and a half before and even then he gave me incorrect information about when they would be out. Secondly, as a businessman, he thinks that the customer is there for the convenience of the owner rather than the other way around.
