"The original company (Window Works) did not show up for the job. Chimney Sweeps did show up as a replacement. The price quoted was about 20% higher than quoted. They cleaned the gutters but left a lot of trash on the ground instead of bagging it."

"Well done. Cleaned after themself. Cleaned my dryer vent as well, came back right away after I experienced issues with the dryer. Good experience over all."

"I've hired Marshall Cleaning Service four times now, and each have been done incredibly professionally, quickly, and either at budget or under. Even Brian Marshall did one of the upholstery cleanings himself when his team was short staffed due to illness. Great company to use, and continue to recommend to friends and family to use."

"They did an amazing job, cleaned my my floors when they we're finished, and Very polite! Definitely recommend"

"The owner came and gave us the quote, and fit us into their schedule. They arrived promptly and were very professional. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after themselfs and left no mess. They were prompt even after the job was complete, answered any questions or concerns. I would highly recomend them they were a pleasure to deal with.

"I have a cleaning set up every two weeks and have been happy with Clean Space."

"Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. The dealer, where we bought it, did not know how to clean it. It looks like we just had it installed. We think he’s the best ever! Very professional, friendly, and fairly priced."

My oldest son and I started this company, because I lost my youngest son to negligence from a contractor. I have 25 years of knowledge in the construction industry.
