Asbestos was confirmed and I had them remove. It appears when my home was being constructed they needed ~ 8 shims regarding the piers - apparently one of the subcontractors used pieces of shutters from an old home in his pickup bed. The builder was not aware of this and as advised me reimbursement would be received. I mention this as even new homes can contain hazardous material not intended by the builder and missed during inspections. AAA did a great job with remediation and I would recommend."

Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
