He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Joseph detected the problem very quickly and was able to clear the virus on my laptop. He was very personable and explained what was happening. He answered many questions I had about my laptop. I have an older laptop for backup when I cannot use my HP la[top and he able to detect a virus on the second laptop and resolve it. He is extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Joseph and he is definitely on my speed dial. It is a relief to find someone that I can call for computer issues."
