"Dan returned my call promptly. He was able to come out the next day and called when he was on his way. He cleaned our dryer vent and also cleaned the vent inside the dryer. He was very professional and showed us the build up of lint that he removed. Before he left, he gave recommendations for how often we should have it cleaned. Dan was very polite and professional! We will definitely call him again and we highly recommend him!"

"Cory and Bobby were friendly and informative about the process. The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. Thanks guys!"

"They come to clean my post construction house on SUNDAY they charge a little bit more for emergency cleaning but worth every penny!"

"Carolina and her team have been cleaning my house for the past year and they always do a great job! I’m very particular about how I like things cleaned and Carolina makes sure it’s done the way I ask."

"i hired this apartment deep cleaning service and was thoroughly impressed. the team showed up on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. they were friendly, professional, and efficient—no wasted time, no attitude. they asked a few quick questions up front, confirmed priorities, and got right to it. the cleaning itself was excellent. they hit every area i’d mentioned—kitchen grease, bathroom buildup, dusty baseboards—and went beyond, cleaning places i wouldn’t have thought to check (like behind the fridge and inside light switch covers). they moved furniture where needed and didn’t just wipe around things. everything felt actually clean. they were also very respectful of my stuff—careful with fragile items and always asked if they weren’t sure about something. no chemical smells, just a clean, neutral scent after they finished. the whole crew worked efficiently and clearly had a system. each person focused on a zone and handled it thoroughly. by the end, the place looked and felt brand new. this wasn’t a cheap service, but it was worth every dollar. if you need a serious reset for your apartment, this team delivers. i’d hire them again without hesitation."

"All I can say is WOW! I can't believe how grungy my bathroom actually was. Sorry I don't have a before and after pictures to show what they did. I knew my shower needed a good cleaning, but the difference it made was like night and day. Thank you Morgan and Voda. I'll feel cleaner, myself, now!"

"It couldn't have gone any better. Mr. Hamilton and his assistant were the utmost professionals. I would highly recommend these good folks to anyone, not just for mold treatment but for an overall home inspection. Mr. Hamilton's expertise is rare and invaluable.
