"We do not live in an area the Superior would service regularly, but we were put on a two-week schedule. With all of the recent rain in this area, we were one of the customers that were put on the back burner, so to speak. It has been five weeks since Superior last mowed our lawn, and we have had no response to the many e-mails, texts, and phone calls as to why we are no longer being serviced."
