Most of what we do is full tear-out and replacement. We remove the old cracked, settling, or spalling concrete, rebuild the base the right way, and pour new. We also handle driveway extensions and widening, aprons and curb cuts, stamped and decorative concrete, and concrete repair.\n\nOur crews have poured more than 38,000 residential concrete projects. Every job gets a dedicated project coordinator, up-front pricing with no surprise change orders, and a final walkthrough before we call it finished. Licensed and insured.\n\nNeed a new driveway? "Hands down the best company to do business with. They were honest and upfront about my driveway and how difficult it would be. They took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had. They were on time completing the work and has never given me any issue coming back and fixing any issues that I have had even after my warranty was up. They are the only company I would hire if I need paving work done again."

"The most professional hardscapers I have came in contact with. Their scheduling and automated reminders are helpful and nice because I was able to know when a specialist was on my property. Thank you Nathan, Kayne, Bryson, Joey, and all the other people that put my paver driveway together!!"

"Very professional, quality work and quality materials. Continued to work during extremely cold weather and finished work within a reasonable time frame. Will give a follow up review in March when they come back to stain the steps once the pressure treated wood has dried out. They exceeded my expectation."

"Work was performed in a timely manner exactly as agreed.  The driveway patch did not work the first time and they promptly returned to try another method for repairing cracks.  It seems to be working.  I would not hesitate to contract with Robert in the future.  They are not cheap, but they are very good and they will do the job properly.

Asphalt Driveways questions, answered by experts

New asphalt goes through two stages: drying and curing. Drying typically takes 24 to 72 hours, after which the surface is solid enough for light use like walking or careful driving. While you may be able to park on it after 72 hours, the surface is still soft and should be treated gently. Full curing is a much longer process, taking anywhere from 30 days to a full year for the asphalt to reach maximum strength. During this extended curing period, the asphalt is susceptible to damage from heavy vehicles, sharp objects, and high temperatures. Factors like weather, the specific asphalt mix, and application thickness all influence drying and curing times. For the most accurate timeline and to ensure the longevity of your new asphalt, it is always best to consult with your installation contractor for their specific recommendations.

It’s best to weigh the pros and cons of each material and decide on your priorities for your driveway. Gravel won’t be an appropriate choice if your driveway experiences heavy traffic. You’ll find that you need to level and top it off regularly, which could make the material a much more expensive option.

Concrete is typically the best material for a driveway if you’re looking for longevity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance. But, it’s not ideal for areas with annual freeze-frost cycles, nor is it the most attractive option—although you can get it stamped or painted. If your location is consistently below freezing, asphalt may be a better choice.

Whether it's worth it to install a heated driveway depends on how often you'll use it, your lifestyle, and your budget. If you live in a mild climate with little snowfall, then installing a built-in heated driveway system may not be worth it. If you live in a region that experiences mild snowfall, then a portable mat could work better. However, if you live in a region with heavy snowfall, it makes sense to invest in a built-in heated driveway.

Driveways should be sloped with a minimum 2% slope—anything lower will cause precipitation and runoff to collect. A 2% slope is the equivalent of a 2-foot rise over 100 feet. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.
