"They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

Since some of the damage was on the porch roof, he took photos of the damage and of the repairs step by step so we knew exactly what he was doing. He did some exterior painting and pressure washing as well. We have a LOT of concrete and it was a BIG undertaking! Since it had not been washed in over a decade, I wondered if it could even look any better.
