When we asked him to do the job, Amanda set up the time for the work and kept us informed when there was a possibility Brad might be a bit late because of a bigger job right before ours (he made it on time). Brad did the work quickly and well, cleaning and sealing the tile. It looked and still looks like a brand new floor. In fact, some of our friends thought we'd bought new flooring!
