These guys are great! Highly recommend this company. The tile technician was on time, thorough and just so easy to work with. He understood our needs and did a great job with color sealing the tub and floor tile. We had one small issue and within a day of a call to the company, the owner was here to fix the small issue.

I have never been concerned about my grout until I met the Grout Medic team of Chattanooga. I am totally blown away by my kitchen floor transformation! It looks like a brand new floor and I couldn’t be happier!!!! The team was experienced, professional, and worked diligently. I am so thrilled with how my floor looks that I am now wanting to get my bathrooms done too and I will be sure to use the Grout Medic of Chattanooga again for those.

The flooring was starting to show its age. Rather than paying the cost and hassle for new flooring I went looking for alternatives. The Grout Medic recommended grout clean and seal so I went with that. The outcome looks great, the flooring looks like new. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

Andrew from The Grout Medic of Chattanooga arrived on time. He’s a very personable and hardworking man. My hallway and bathroom look like new since he cleaned them. He also painted the grout which had faded with time. He was very patient when we had some trouble choosing the right color for the grout. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I’m totally pleased with the quality and price of their work.

I had been looking for a local company to clean and seal our grout for a few weeks and found them by passing one of their trucks on Hwy 58. I had received other quotes for just cleaning, not sealing. Grout Medic came and gave me an in person quote and listened to my needs. I hated the white grout that was supposed to be alabaster and they offered colored seal which I jumped at. I am sooooo happy I saw that truck and called. Our floors are clean and all the terrible dirty grout lines are now beautiful alabaster and blend beautifully with our tiles for a seamless look. With two large dogs and very active kids I am so happy my floors will stay clean looking!! Worth every dollar! And the team was very professional and worked for almost 10 hours to complete the job (which was a shower and about 600 sq feet of tile between all the spaces). I’d use them again!! And recommend them to all my family and friends!!

I had several issues with my 10 year old walk-in tile shower. I thought about trying to do the cleanup and repair myself but then saw a sign for the Grout Medics. They were very upfront, communicated continuously, and did a great job. They were also prompt and were extremely careful to not make a mess as they did all the work. I can highly recommend them if you have grout issues.
