"James Fineman is the GUY! Cost was low enough that I added "drip edge" to the contract. He gladly accommodated my particular needs. When I had a question, he came right out; it wound up being nothing. I called a few months later, when water was pouring over one corner of a gutter. Mr. Fineman, within 24 hrs, said he'd send his crew that afternoon. He called later, to say that the crew had been held up. He came, himself, the next day. We differed on the cause of the spill over.
