On one part I was not happy with the positioning of the ties (due to washout danger down the road). Without a whimper, this was addressed and completely redone exactly to my expectations. Zero discussion, zero talk about how much more it will cost to do it a second time. When it was done, I wanted a load of topsoil which was delivered and spread at a very fair price. Now that is good service! JAGUAR will be getting more of my business."
