He made an excellent suggestion about how to place the steps, so that it maximized my backyard space...something I wouldn't have thought of doing! Some of the siding on my house was damaged in places where the old deck had been, so Eric offered to replace the damaged siding. At the last minute, I decided I wanted a gate for the deck (installed at the top of the steps, since I have dogs). He built one and installed it without complaints!!!
