"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."

Classic Wildlife Control told us it was possums and that they needed to trap them and remove them, close off the entry points, and remove the insulation and fumigate the space. Then install all new insulation.  The biggest part of the expense was scent and attractant removal and insulation.  I'm not sure that we had to do that extensive a job.  But it looks good now.  He was punctual and kept us informed about the process and progress."
