"Logan examined the encapsulation and answered my questions about some water stains. He suggested a couple of things we could do that would improve things which we are still considering. The quotes he gave us for those suggestions seemed a bit higher than what we were expecting. The service call was no charge."

"They were outstanding. Being new to the area we relied on Angies List to pick the company to repair our massive ice storm damage. So glad we went with this company.  They were very professional, showed up on time, totally cleaned up the storm damage, and the trees are now pruned so that they will recover and be healthier than they were before the storm.  You can trust anything Dale tells you and they will deliver more than you expect. I will be using them again and highly reccomend them.

"I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well."

"We had something getting in insulation in our crawl space under the house. Classic Wildlife Control told us it was possums and that they needed to trap them and remove them, close off the entry points, and remove the insulation and fumigate the space. Then install all new insulation.  The biggest part of the expense was scent and attractant removal and insulation.  I'm not sure that we had to do that extensive a job.  But it looks good now.  He was punctual and kept us informed about the process and progress."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

No, a storm door should not replace a regular door. It lacks the durability, insulation, and security of a proper exterior door. Most storm doors have lightweight frames and minimal locking hardware, and they aren’t meant to stand alone. While they work well as a backup to your main entry door, relying on one as your only barrier would likely lead to drafts, higher energy bills, and safety concerns.

While storm doors should be tightly fitted, an airtight seal can actually trap moisture in the space. This can lead to condensation and icing on your door. Ideally, you will have a tight seal that still allows for proper air circulation and ventilation.

Installation begins with removing existing doors if necessary, measuring, and accurately fitting the storm door frame and panel for a tight seal.

Yes, installing or replacing a storm door is a manageable DIY project, especially for those with experience replacing regular doors. Many modern storm doors feature simple, pre-hung designs and come with the necessary hardware, making installation more convenient. With basic tools, a DIY installation is possible, though professional services can ensure proper alignment and weatherproofing. On average, installing a pre-hung storm door takes about four hours.

Storm door panels are typically made from tempered or laminated glass, and each type has its benefits. Tempered glass goes through a special heating and cooling process, increasing its strength and durability. It’s known for its safety features—when it breaks, it shatters into small, relatively harmless pieces rather than sharp shards. Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of plastic between two layers of glass. This interlayer holds the glass pieces together even when shattered, preventing them from scattering.
