Was thrilled with professionalism and skill of crew. Now not 6 years later we have a leak and I have yet...three days out..to get a call back from them. Am dismayed to have to revise my former stellar rating.

I had to confront Brian, the owner of the company on several occasions for not keeping his scheduled appointments or responding to phone calls. He constantly complained about things that went wrong with individuals and businesses he was dealing with and were out of my control. I had to continually change my schedule because he did not complete the job on time or clean up all of the nails etc that I found on my yard and deck.. Only once during the whole time I dealt with him did he notify me ahead of time that he was going to be late. I had personal items that were damaged. They didn't even finish all of the work that was supposed to be part of the job. After the roof was replaced I noticed some other damage in the house related to the storm that had lead to my original need for the roof replacement. Brian told me he would come out to ***** the damage and then contact the insurance company to see about adding a supplemental claim. It's been over a week and I haven't heard a thing.

Brian and his crew were awesome. He gave me a fair price. Work was completed on time. His crew would not use open shingles from the supplier. They were replaced ASAP. To me, that was above and beyond. They could have used the open shingles and I would not have known if they were damaged or not. Great job all the around.

I initially gave the company a positive review because they were extremely punctual and responsive when I was paying cash up front for a new roof. Unfortunately, the crew performed defective workmanship and water is now pouring into my living room. After multiple promises to come right away to make repairs, the owner, Bryan Rhodes, has stopped responding to calls and emails and is no where to be found. He refuses to honor the warranty or even make repairs on his own defective roof. I should have gone with a more established company as this one has been a disaster.

Bryan explained the materials to be used and how his crew would do the work thoroughly. His crew then came in and replace our large roof in 1 day using 2 crews. Excellent job and clean up guys!!! Thanks Bryan for a great replacement experience at a better price than the "big box" roofing companies. Saved me some $$ using the same materials!! Loved the drone pictures you proved also.

VERY PROFESSIONAL;  WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH BOTH THE ROOF AND THE PAINT JOB.  ALEX, THE ROOFING CREW LEADER, WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO ALL OF MY PLANTS AND BUSHES I HAVE AROUND MY HOME.  THEY TOOK GREAT CARE AND SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS COVERED PROPERLY.  THE CLEAN UP DURING THE JOB AND AFTER WAS VERY GOOD.  THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING.  THE PAINTERS WERE JUST AS ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL.  A VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ROOFING OR PAINTING WORK.  

I was very pleased with how it went. Brian Reyes came out quickly to give me an estimate and help me choose a shingle replacement color and showed up promptly again when the insurance adjuster came out. He climbed up on the roof to show her the damage done to my roof, including pictures he had previously taken. When the 8 men from Southern Roofing came out to put the roofing shingles on my house they worked hard and continuously and accomplished it in one day. They did a fine job. Two other things set Southern Roofing apart from other companies I've dealt with: (1) The men took great care in cleaning up the site before they left, including going over and over the lawn with a metal magnet to find any nails and removing every scrap of garbage; (2) I was very impressed that over the few days it took to accomplish everything to do with my roof I was always able to get Brian Reyes on the phone when I had questions. He showed up promptly when promised, as well. Altogether, it was a very pleasant experience and I give them the highest marks for doing a professional job.

Very well. Love the roof. I'm already bragging about it. Bryan went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the work done. Was able to answer questions and assisted with services outside of the roof just to help me out of the goodness of his heart.

I worked with Bryan Rhodes. They did a great job. Roof looks wonderful. During the job a couple of small snafu's occurred, which Bryan addressed in a timely manner. One of our landscape lights got broken when the old roof was being removed and he brought me a new one the very next day. Also, part of a gutter got dented and he had someone come over and replace the entire gutter on that side of the house. Mistakes can happen, but to me the sign of a good company is one that addresses and fixes problems right away, which is exactly what they did.

Everything went very well, they were able to come out within a week. They were on time and very professional both days. After finding a few issues during the inspection they came out the next day to repair them. I would def use their services again. 

Bryan always arrived on time and returned emails, texts, or phone calls in a timely manner.  He is very professional.  His team arrived on time and completed the work in one day.  They made sure to cover all landscaping and clean up after themselves, for the most part.  I would highly recommend this company.

Bryan was very professional and helped get the leak fixed quickly. Very responsive around the holidays. Crew came in on time and did a very good job.

The installation of the new roof went very well. They arrived on the day promised and was able to complete the job in one day. No complaints.

Let me start by saying if you are looking for roofing repair or a new roof, you are really making a mistake if you don't have Bryan with Southern Roofing Solutions at least give you a quote.  Read the rest of my review to understand why.
I can't say enough good things about Bryan and Southern Roofing Solutions.  First, we bought our home about 2 years ago and it is about 12 years old now.  In the first year of owning the house, we ended up with a leak in our two story foyer.  I called several companies to come out and look at it.  Not only was SRS the best price, but they took care of it that day. He also informed me that the shingles that were put on our house originally had been recalled.  However, the pot of money set aside to fix this from the company had pretty much been tapped out.
Over the next year or so we had several other leaks that Bryan's team came out and fixed due to leaking penetration and nail holes due to the fact that the original installer had used toe boards through the roof shingles.  Ugh!  We were trying to eek the roof along until we could put a new roof on.  Several of the services, Bryan didn't even charge us for since it was some caulk. but it was a life saver.
Finally, after just having enough, we called Bryan to put the new roof on.  He had the work due to all the good service his team had performed for us.  However, a door knocker came by trying to sell services.  I agreed to let them in and talk to us, just so we could have a comparison.  Now, I am glad I did and mad I did.  The good part was they went over their products they would install and how great they were.  The bad part was that they were over 4X more than the estimate I got from SRS and wasted a huge amount of our time with their sales pitch.  And in the end, Bryan was using the the same products at 23% of the cost of the other company.
Louise from Bryan's team showed up with his crew early Saturday morning and they got to work.  It was amazing.  By lunch they had the old roof of and the roof deck protection down. And this wasn't the old felt paper.  This was a great new product that doesn't rip.  The finished as the sun was going down.  
Bryan came the next day to inspect the work and do a final clean up.
I have had multiple neighbors talk about how good it looks and amazed at how quickly they worked.

Bryan was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of having a roof installed. At one point I actually thought that he was having a roof installed and not me and I was simply a fly on the wall.

This team really had their stuff together. At every turn, a standard and expectation was set and communicated 2 days in advance.

The crew came early in the morning before light. Once day light hit they begane to work, not a problem at all. Very professional crew I would recommend them to other people.  Outstand workers,  This is a good company. Bryan gave me all the help I needed .
