We actually worked with her on a few projects we had around the house and she was quick to respond, worked very efficiently and got it done in a timely manner. We have seen no issues with any of her work even after quite a bit of time has passed. She ran into some stubborn issues with our house while installing our lights, but she persevered and got the lights installed so wonderfully! We highly recommend her. We were able to rest easy knowing she did good work. Sometimes it’s hard to trust that someone isn’t scamming you then ends up doing a shotty job for a fortune. Yes, you should prime a fiberglass bathtub before painting it. The primer improves the paint’s adhesion, strengthening and increasing the durability of the final result. While you can buy primer separately, bathtub and tile refinishing kits come with a primer designed to work with the paint and hardener.

Use a roller with a high nap to paint into the textured dips and cover the raised sections of your walls without leaving any sections uncovered. After applying paint using the high-nap roller, you use a paintbrush to cover any missed spots. Applying two or three coats of paint using this method should provide plenty of coverage.

Rather than learning how to repaint a room in its entirety, you might want to touch up areas that are showing worn paint or damage. That’s because these types of finishes highlight this proportionally smaller exterior home feature, adding both contrast and layers of texture to the overall facade. Other types of finishes aren’t off limits, but you’ll have more success by choosing one that provides a nice sheen.
