"They were good people. They had to replace the component inside the tank which the other guy had done but he had put the wrong ones and it just messed up the whole unit. We like everything about the company representative and he was very nice. He was very knowledgeable. We told him what we had experienced with the other guy. He told us that the other guy was not a factory authorized repair person. He did not take any training. The only training he had with the system was when he worked for the company and he was paid for selling them. So we really enjoyed that input because the other guy said he knew all about it, he can fix them better and for less money than anybody else but he lied to us. Anytime we call them and say that we are having a problem, they will schedule an appointment. He has always shown up and he has to come over from Nashville. He was very nice when he came in. He was careful to keep the things clean and orderly.         "

"I hired David for a couple of jobs the main one was clearing a blockage or drain, but I also while he was here I had him look at 3 toilets for me because I thought that they needed to be replaced but after David looking at them he told me he could save me a great deal of money, apparently I only needed one replaced and he was able to just do some simple fixes on the other two. I greatly appreciated David being up front and honest with me because I really didn't have the money for all that work.
