"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

In between these jobs, Eddie was able to get my old floor removed and the new tile installed, plus he hauled away the old flooring and an old toilet and installed a new toilet. Thomas came out and sure enough one of my toilets had been running continually. Thomas fixed the toilet and checked to insure there wasn’t anything else wrong . Unfortunately the water line had a bad connection in the yard and fixed that as well on the same visit. Would recommend to anyone who needs handyman services. Very reasonably priced as well!"
