"Not professionals yet charge professional rates. Had to redo the repair of the wood on the window frame 3 times. Got paint on nearly every screen on my porch. Got paint on my Sunbrella cushions. Stain on the painted wood surface. Hundreds of drips on the lower deck stain when they stained the top deck which cannot be corrected without major sanding or sand blasting. I would not have hired them if I had known how sloppy they were. I was happy when they left. I think they were in over their head on what they bid."

"The Mar Painting Group did a wonderful job painting the exterior of the house! The price was comparable to other professional painters, and they were very detailed in their work - pressure washing, replacing rotten wood, filling in gaps and cracks, and painting siding, fascia, trim, foundation, and the bottom of the gutters. The paint job itself looked exceptional when it was finished - only a few places where the trim around the windows wasn't a perfectly straight line, but I'm pretty picky. And even though I found some places that needed a bit of touch up when I looked at the finished product, they were more than willing to do what was requested. The owner was a very down to earth guy who seemed honest and genuinely wanted to do a good job. The only complaints I have are that they didn't move everything back up to the house that they moved originally to paint it (I forgot to point that out before they left), and they left a pile of the rotten wood they removed. If I had brought these things up, I imagine they would have come back and dealt with that, but I figured I would just deal with it because it wouldn't take too long."

"I hired Paradise Contracting initially to renovate my property and get it ready to rent. During the walkthrough, there were structural issues that were brought to my attention that I was not aware of. Long story short, the support beam was on the verge of deteriorating and collapse! This could have caused major injuries or even death! Paradise Contracting literally helped me to dodge a bullet. Their expertise and professionalism is unmatched. He also did siding on one side of the house, and repair work on other siding in areas where somebody else had messed it up. In addition, he installed windows on the end of the house that he had sided. He trimmed those windows inside and out. Plus he did a roof overhang across the entire front of the house. I am extremely happy with his work. Robby does quality work; and he also uses quality material. Also, he’s very flexible, and accommodating. In addition, he’s honest, has a good character, and is very fair with what he charges. I actually plan to use him for other work, in the near future."

"I hired Perfect Line Painting to paint 10+ rooms/spaces and repair some cracks. I had walls, trim, doors and ceilings painted in all of those rooms/spaces. Sandy does an AMAZING job. He is very detail oriented and takes extreme pride in his work. My situation was somewhat unique in that I hired him from out of state to complete the work before we moved into our new house. Sandy spent over an hour on the phone with me while he was walking through my house to make sure we were on the same page. During the job, he frequently sent me pictures asking how I wanted something done. His honesty and integrity impressed me the most as once we agreed on a price (very reasonable!) and he got started, he noticed the previous painters painted over wallpaper. He could have done the same thing but instead patched all of the walls and/or removed the wallpaper so that the creases did not show. He didn't even ask for an any additional money for all of that increased labor, though of course, I gave him more. To say Sandy goes the extra mile is an understatement. I have already recommended him to several people. I think the best compliment for a business is to have a return customer and I will definitely be calling him again to finish the rest of our house."
