Stain on the painted wood surface. Hundreds of drips on the lower deck stain when they stained the top deck which cannot be corrected without major sanding or sand blasting. I would not have hired them if I had known how sloppy they were. I was happy when they left. I think they were in over their head on what they bid."

He also did siding on one side of the house, and repair work on other siding in areas where somebody else had messed it up. In addition, he installed windows on the end of the house that he had sided. He trimmed those windows inside and out. Plus he did a roof overhang across the entire front of the house. I am extremely happy with his work. Robby does quality work; and he also uses quality material. Also, he’s very flexible, and accommodating. "The job was to power the house, decks, and metal roof. Paint outside of house and decks. Ramos, the owner, called and informed me when he planned to arrive. He arrived on time with an employee. They worked eleven hours on the first day of power washing. Four workers arrived on time on the second day and worked nine hours painting the exterior. Two workers arrived on time on the third day finishing touch-up work, after two hours. They cleaned up and hauled all the trash away. All of the workers were professional and worked steadily. I will hire them to do additional work."
