"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

The original call was to replace a high limit switch (or something to that effect), but the unit was over 20 years old and we were unsure if that would fix it or not. I asked them to go ahead and give me a quote on a new unit, just in case. It was an extremely fair and competitive price (as I have had others give me a quote in the past.) Sure enough, the fix was just a band-aid to a bigger issue so I had them replace the unit. They were able to schedule me three days later. They were on time and completed the work when promised. The biggest thing that impressed me the most was their communication. They always answered when I called (which was always during business hours) and they even sent me a text the day after installation to check in and make sure that everything was performing well. I've never had a Heating and Air company follow-up with me! These are my guys from here on out. If you want contractor that has great communication, shows up on time, and does great work at a great price then you should make K&S your Heating and Air guys too!"
