Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. "I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
"We were a little skeptical when deciding who to choose to do our crawlspace because sealrite gave us a estimate that was far cheaper than what the other two companies we called quoted us at, but Austin came to do our inspection, communicated everything to us very clearly and gave us a one year warranty so we decided to go ahead and move forward, and im glad we did because he handled all of our mold problems, laid a vapor barrier over what was bare dirt ,and even hauled off all the debris the plumbers had previously left or ignored that we didn't even realize was down there.
