She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly hence saving me the time. She also has excellent local contacts. "Mr. Eggleston and one of his crew members came out and looked at the chimney to inspect for mold. After the inspection was over Mr. Eggleston explained in detail the kind of mold and what to use to remove it. I didn't want to do it myself for health reasons, so, they came later that evening and cleaned the chimney. I still saw areas that weren't cleaned in the upper area of the chimney. I called and was told they would return after lunch; which they did, to clean it. I chose this company because they responded very qiuckly; no waiting around for a call. I felt at ease with this company from Angie's List."
