"John and Anthony brought back my vintage Iranian runners today and the rugs are beautiful. They look better than they have in many years. Several years ago another rug cleaner in Atlanta had cleaned them and the results were not good. One was even stretched out of shape. "I paid $354 for a deep cleaning, I did not get a deep cleaning. They didn't clean baseboards or front door & only 1 ceiling fan (I paid for 2). They left streaks all over our upstairs bath mirror at least I noticed that and had it recleaned. They did not clean any walls, didn't vacuum 2 rugs. The company offered us a $100 refund which is ridiculous. The cleaning we got was only worth $150 in my opinion."
