"I think this is an old name for the company, as they go by Mr. { remove company name} now. Todd was great to work with on giving me a quote to refinish my floors and on scheduling. When Mark came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. His coworker, Domeigo (I am unsure how to spell his name) was also fantastic. You could tell the two men had a great work relationship. He was dedicated, friendly, and detailed as well. This company goes above and beyond to make your floors look amazing! I did not expect my floors to turn out so well! Yet they turned out so beautiful! I could not be happier! I am so happy to have this 1 piece of my home completed. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Lastly, I highly appreciate their communication. Everyone involved kept me posted, explained the process, and communicated about every step. They were easy to reach out to and quick to respond. I find it is hard to communicate with contractors however with Mr. Sandless it was a smooth process."

"Horrible. She showed up alone, there were supposed to be two people. I let her in explained that I would be on work calls, paid her and went back to work. When she said she was done I pointed out a few things that I could see from where I was standing that were not done. She said she did not understand, was trying to use a translator app. I said that there were things not done, she just kept repeating that she did not understand and that she did her job. She mentioned her husband and I started to feel uncomfortable because I was home alone with her. She left, and I went room by room. Nothing was done...I felt sick! I paid her $500 to do nothing. I texted her and let her know that I was very disappointed. I gave her examples of things that were not done that she agree to. When she gave the quote, she said "everything, I will do everything". We specifically discussed baseboards, ceiling fans, floors, staircase, wiping down appliances doing windows and window sills. I asked about the stove and microwave...she said yes, everything. I asked for 1/2 of my money back...I sent her a cash app request. I told her I would not write a bad review or contact Angi if she gave me back 1/2 of my money. I sent her the pictures. She did not give me back 1/2. I have now spent more time trying to resolve this than she spent cleaning my house. My house is still not clean and my stress level is off the charts! If she had just given me back 1/2 I would have considered this a lesson learned and moved on."
