Terrible....it will take a lawyer involved to get this deposit back it looks like!

LOUSY TO NO WORKMANSHIP... USING OLD FLASHING IF HE FLASHED AT ALL  / DID NOT SHINGLE THE EYEBROWS ABOVE WINDOWS/ NO UNDERLAYMENT FELT HE SAYS THE GAF REP TELL HIM IT IS NOT REQUIRED/ OVER LAPPED SHINGLES.  HAND NAIL ROOF SHINGLES ON EXCEPT USING AIR GUN IT TAKES TWICE AS LONG HAND NAILING AND NO INSURANCE .......  MORE NAILS IN THE GUTTERS THAN IS THE SHINGLES.  NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, JUST BEEN 4 MONTHS!  SIGN OFF WORK WAS COMPLETE AGAIN 4 MONTHS LATER NOT COMPLETED!  

They did a good job. They were very thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. They showed up on time, which I appreciated.

There's more, Clayton knew I needed more work done. Pressure wash, caulk and stain cabin, piers in crawl space and work on top deck. Once again we had a cash deal. The cabin staining and pressure washing work was going to be done by the Lovedays, not from Tn don't know who the Lovedays are but supposedly they stain cabins. Clayton needed half down, $3000. Once again the ROOFERS showed up on weekends to pressure wash the cabin. I called Clayton constantly. Calls went to voicemail, then some days later he would call and tell me about all the work he was going to do. Actually I never saw Clayton do anything but sign a contract and show up on payday.  The last time they came to pressure wash,  the cabin was damaged worse than ever. Its going to take almost $1000 to  make the damage look as good as possible. That means, not like it was before Clayton just better than it does now. Due to the damage Clayton agreed to bow out and return my deposit. What he did was come and get his ladders and keep my $3000 If you talk to this man you will think what a nice fellow just like I did, obviously he is not. Yes I am filing suit.  The roofers were to   put in piers in the crawl space.  They set posts but in the DIRT no concrete.  This was supposed to remedy a sagging floor.  However, nothing changed  the floor still sags and creaks.  CRS ROOFING/CLAYTON SHIPLEY

contacted on thursday, company said they were very busy and wouldn't be able to come out until about a week later.  I thanked them for their honesty and explained that I did have a Leaking roof.  Saturday morning their truck pulled up and the workers asked if I had been able to get my roof fixed.  The workers were very courteous and did not take a break until they had fixed my leak and several potential problems they identified. they also fabricated a chimney cover on site.  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT JOB!!   I would recomend CRS Roofing to every one that appreciates a company that provides individual service.

The roof was taken off and put back on in one day.  The roofers worked very hard.  They took 2 breaks for the whole day and they breaked at the same time.  Clean up after the roof was excellenct.  Because they finished the job close to dusk they were back the next day to make sure all nails, roofing material, etc was cleaned up.  Clayton was professional and is very knowledgable regarding roofing.

I could not tell that they had been to my house after my work. Excellent clean up after the job was completed. No damage to my trees and shrubs.
