"I utilized this contractor for multiple projects. On the first 2 projects, they were an excellent contractor to work with. They showed up daily and were good at communicating what was happening with the project. The last time I used them was a different story. Communication fell apart. The lead of the project wouldn't show up most days, so the workers didn't know what they were supposed to work on. Sloppy work was done throughout the house, even though most of the payments were made. I have cabinet doors that were added that are crooked and the contractor states it's the fault of the house and framing. The exterior was painted in poor conditions, even though I was told the conditions weren't going to be an issue. The paint is running around the entire exterior. The most frustrating part of all of this is I've contacted the contractor about fixing items that were done wrong. They said they'll come out to fix it and never showed. I cannot say it enough - avoid this contractor."

The quality of their work was not what I had been accustomed to, as I have have my house painted several times. This time I believe the paint job will last me at least a decade!! The only complaint I have is that the workers were not careful around my plants; several were damaged. I would recommend this company over any other repair company I've worked with. He showed up on time EVERY day and left my property clean."
