JC modern contractors

I utilized this contractor for multiple projects. On the first 2 projects, they were an excellent contractor to work with. They showed up daily and were good at communicating what was happening with the project. The last time I used them was a different story. Communication fell apart. The lead of the project wouldn't show up most days, so the workers didn't know what they were supposed to work on. Sloppy work was done throughout the house, even though most of the payments were made. I have cabinet doors that were added that are crooked and the contractor states it's the fault of the house and framing. The exterior was painted in poor conditions, even though I was told the conditions weren't going to be an issue. The paint is running around the entire exterior. The most frustrating part of all of this is I've contacted the contractor about fixing items that were done wrong. They said they'll come out to fix it and never showed. I cannot say it enough - avoid this contractor.

They were good. My wife was satisfied with their service. She was happy with their work; I was also happy. They were really nice guys. Good attitude and good customer service. They were detailed and my wife likes them they explain everything they were doing, and the price was good.

The service was really good. They came over, did the job and make sure it was okay. They had lunch and got paid. I would definitely hire them again.

The service was good. Everything went smooth. I rate him B because I found a few nails in my yard, but not a big deal. But it could have been better.
