"It took longer than expected for the work to be completed. The person cleaning the floors used her foot to push around a rag to clean. They would come for a couple of hours, then said they had to leave for another location they had to clean. A picture was lost because it fell off the wall and the took it to repair it, but misplaced it. When they cleaned the carpets, the left the carpets very wet and had to use a carpet cleaner to remove excess water. When reviewed them on another site, they were rude when I refused to change my review or remove it. They proceeded to take a private message, with my mother's location, and post it for everyone to see.Had to keep calling for issues. Curtains hung back up the wrong way, etc. Things would've been completed sooner had they done one house at a time."
