It took longer than expected for the work to be completed. The person cleaning the floors used her foot to push around a rag to clean. They would come for a couple of hours, then said they had to leave for another location they had to clean. A picture was lost because it fell off the wall and the took it to repair it, but misplaced it. When they cleaned the carpets, the left the carpets very wet and had to use a carpet cleaner to remove excess water. When reviewed them on another site, they were rude when I refused to change my review or remove it. They proceeded to take a private message, with my mother's location, and post it for everyone to see.Had to keep calling for issues. Curtains hung back up the wrong way, etc. Things would've been completed sooner had they done one house at a time.

Rug dropped off for cleaning. Ten days later had not heard from company. When I called I was told it needed to go through the cleaning process again and needed a few more days to dry completely. 4-5 days later I went to business and rug was ready. The receptionist who was always friendly said she had tried to call but the number was wrong. I verified the number on the work order and it was correct. When I got home and unrolled the rug it was still dirty but, a little cleaner than before service. The shag was shredding and pulling apart from the pad in multiple locations. After 2 weeks the rug still doesn't lay flat.

They dried out the floor from the flood and removed all the flooding. My home owner's insurance paid for their services and hence I am not sure as to how much that was. I loved them and I would recommend them to everyone. They were fantastic. I had the personal phone number of their owner and every time I had questions or problems, which I did, he would speak to me personally. I felt like he was genuine.
