"I would like for a better way for a clean up after staining, there should be something given to customers to get the stain off the white trim it actually take away from the work that was just completed but New Age flooring do really professional work in other words we should not have to paint trim from stains made from the work it should be a better process just being honest"

He even pointed out multiple things that weren't coming clean while doing the job that I would have never have picked up on. Most people would have taken the money and gone, I would've never noticed.
