From the initial design phase through demolition, rebuild and final touchups, we were always very impressed with the excellent work, courteous interactions, cleanliness of the project, timeliness, and consideration of our special needs and schedules. They continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied and they always exceeded our expectations. There were some problems with the stone used in one of the bathroom shower shelves (not their fault) and when I mentioned it casually during the kitchen remodel three years later they completely replaced that at no charge! Left streaks on windows and put stickers on toilets, maybe to prove they touched them. Left visible dust, hairs, and sticky spots on floors in every room. Seemed like they sprayed a sanitizer to make the house smell better when we walked in, but maybe that was to cover up a pizza smell. $700 for 4.5 hours of highway robbery before we moved into house."
