"German and his team did an incredible job I’m my home. I give him the highest possible recommendation without any hesitation or reservations whatsoever. We had damage that had occurred due to an undetected water leak from my refrigerator. The damage accounted for half our kitchen and we discovered it just before Thanksgiving. German was completely accommodating of our situation and the timing. He worked with us to get an estimate for our insurance that was accepted immediately. He then proceeded to repair our floor by lacing in replacement material. Because we were just heading into the holidays, he did a light sanding so we could make it through the holidays and there wouldn’t be any splinters. He then came back in the new year as soon as we said we were ready and refinished our entire entry level (all hardwood), the stairs and 2nd floor common area. His guys worked so hard and we’re constantly cleaning up. Halfway through the job I asked about redoing our spindles on the stairs and he came up with a beautiful and cost effective solution. Even during the color selection process he was completely accommodating, saying “I want my customers to be completely happy.” The color is so rich and beautiful, I can’t imagine it could have gone better."
