Then Mr. Hernandez came into my backyard and explained the importance of concrete PSI and other key details I needed to know. He gave me a fair quote for 4000 PSI with fiberglass, and I absolutely adore him and his team. If you're looking for a professional job done right with quality, he's the one to call.
