In a word, exceptional. Brian and Eric came back three times to make sure they had removed as much puppy damage as possible. I have used several carpet cleaners in Chattanooga and was never, until Heavenly Touch, truly pleased with the result.

They arrived on time and cleaned 4 rooms of carpet in a timely and professional fashion. The carpet looks great. I will definitely hire them again.

They did a first class job, their prices were very good, and they are the absolute best. They have gotten spots out of the carpet that others were not able to get out. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

We have used them probably four or five times. They are first rate, great price, always on time. Above and beyond all of the risks, they were able to get some stains out of the carpet that previous attempts with other companies had not been able to do.

Excellent customer service! They came in and got right to work. The carpet looks and smells wonderful. I had a coffee stain and a kool-aid stain and both were removed. The nicest guys I've ever met. I will definitely use them in the future.

It went well but the stain did not go away ultimately, it came back. He said it might but I did not call him to come back, haven't had time.

They did well considering the age and condition of the carpeting.

They set up their equipment and dry cleaned a few basement room carpets. It took less than an hour and it went very smooth. Any stains prior to the visit were taken care of. We were extremely satisfied with their service and will be calling them any day to schedule another visit.

Two of my rooms still have stains. Also, I paid $247.50 direct on Angie's List.com. When the carpet cleaner finished he handed me a bill for $159.00. I told him I had already paid $247.50 thru Angie's List. He immediately refunded me the difference, so I only paid the $159.00, which was very much appreciated. However, two of my rooms still have stains.

I love them. They are wonderful. He is wonderful. He is a darling and he is really thorough. He is very professional and he is just a good guy. I will always use him. He is very reasonable. He is much cheaper than everybody else. My house is real big and it has carpets in three bedrooms, a big room at the back of the house, four bedrooms and all downstairs. I think he did all that for $300. He is excellent and very reasonable.

The employee was on time and very nice and worked hard. However, he put some scratches on my wall in several places with his hoses. Not a big deal, I have paint. The problem was when I called to tell the owner about the scratches (the first thing I said was I am not asking them to come fix it, just wanted them to know), he asked his employee, while I was on the phone, "Did you scratch the walls yesterday?" and I hear the employee say, "NO" - so the owner says to me, "He says he didn't scratch your walls." I sent him pictures of the areas of the walls they scarred, never even got a response, apology, nothing. Nice folks, but unwilling to take responsibility for their own actions.

They do a great job of cleaning carpets. They were willing to work with us and our schedules.

Amazingly pet stains always come out. Company is very responsive. They call before coming, and quickly and efficiently get their work done.If you have any concerns, they will promptly address them.

It went great. They setup everything, moved what they needed too and also recommended another area that was spotty and I jumped to the deal they offered. Overall, they do great work!

Excellent customer service! Just closed and moved into the home. Empty house, so we wanted the carpets cleaned. After arrival and inspection, it was determined the carpet was new. They were so honest as to say "I don't want to take your money to clean a new carpet". We then asked if they could clean the bathrooms, and utilitiy room tile/grout. Great job! I would highly recommend for the honesty, and professionalism. Thanks.

I have used other carpet cleaners, but none of them were as good as Bryan at Heavenly Touch. I contacted him by phone, he offered to come and pick up my rug (a 2 hour drive for him) but I dropped it off at his business as I was going that way. He thoroughly explained the process he would use to clean my rug and explained that wool rugs were more difficult because of the possibility of the dyes running. This was very important to me as this rug was a family heirloom. A week later he called and we made arrangements for me to pick up the rug. He was always punctual, returned calls in a timely matter and communicated all information efficiently and effectively. When I picked up the rug 1) the price he charged me was $30 CHEAPER than the estimate (total cost $135, a GREAT PRICE for this type of rug); 2) spotless clean and 3) completely odor free! This was amazing as I have 6 cats; one can only imagine what Bryan was dealing with. And there was NO running of the dyes in my wool rug. I was completely satisfied and amazed at the care he took with my valued family rug. This rug has not looked this good in years! HIGHL RECOMMENED!
