In a word, exceptional. Brian and Eric came back three times to make sure they had removed as much puppy damage as possible. I have used several carpet cleaners in Chattanooga and was never, until Heavenly Touch, truly pleased with the result.

They arrived on time and cleaned 4 rooms of carpet in a timely and professional fashion. The carpet looks great. I will definitely hire them again.

They've been equally good all the times. That pretty well represents our overall experience. I would give them A's on all of the performance things, so the last time we had them in, it was the same performance level as all of the other times we've used them.

We have used them probably four or five times. They are first rate, great price, always on time. Above and beyond all of the risks, they were able to get some stains out of the carpet that previous attempts with other companies had not been able to do.

They are very punctual, did what they promised, coordinated very well, and did a good job in cleaning.

Excellent customer service! They came in and got right to work. The carpet looks and smells wonderful. I had a coffee stain and a kool-aid stain and both were removed. The nicest guys I've ever met. I will definitely use them in the future.

They set up their equipment and dry cleaned a few basement room carpets. It took less than an hour and it went very smooth. Any stains prior to the visit were taken care of. We were extremely satisfied with their service and will be calling them any day to schedule another visit.

Two of my rooms still have stains.
Also, I paid $247.50 direct on Angie's List.com.  When the carpet cleaner finished he handed me a bill for $159.00.  I told him I had already paid $247.50 thru Angie's List.  He immediately refunded me the difference, so I only paid the $159.00, which was very much appreciated.  However, two of my rooms still have stains.

I love them. They are wonderful. He is wonderful. He is a darling and he is really thorough. He is very professional and he is just a good guy. I will always use him. He is very reasonable. He is much cheaper than everybody else. My house is real big and it has carpets in three bedrooms, a big room at the back of the house, four bedrooms and all downstairs. I think he did all that for $300. He is excellent and very reasonable.

The employee was on time and very nice and worked hard. However, he put some scratches on my wall in several places with his hoses. Not a big deal, I have paint. The problem was when I called to tell the owner about the scratches (the first thing I said was I am not asking them to come fix it, just wanted them to know), he asked his employee, while I was on the phone, "Did you scratch the walls yesterday?" and I hear the employee say, "NO" - so the owner says to me, "He says he didn't scratch your walls."
I sent him pictures of the areas of the walls they scarred, never even got a response, apology, nothing. Nice folks, but unwilling to take responsibility for their own actions.
