How can it be a kit if it doesn't have walls? I called the manufacturer and discovered that the problem was with them and their advertising and not with Lowes who were as perplexed as I was. Anthony and his brother loaded the kit in their truck an we went to Lowes where I got refunded the full amount. Anthony then worked with the plumbing department where we got a kit from a different manufacturer which had all the parts and TriStar got it installed just fine. "I hired David for a couple of jobs the main one was clearing a blockage or drain, but I also while he was here I had him look at 3 toilets for me because I thought that they needed to be replaced but after David looking at them he told me he could save me a great deal of money, apparently I only needed one replaced and he was able to just do some simple fixes on the other two.
