"I had a great experience with this company. The carpet in one room was quite stained. Understandably, the gentleman could not completely clean it. I would have liked a heads up with "we'll try" or "let's see". Even to be told "those stains probably won't come up" would have be helpful. So disappointed, I tried, but I think I have to get rid of the carpet. BUT the rest of my house looks FANTASTIC! I can't be more pleased! Yes, I would call them back!"

"I just bought a house that needs some work; had a few bad windows and needed new carpet. I was given a coupon by the inspection company that inspected my new home for Suncastle Solutions - 10%. I went out there to the show  room told them what I needed. They had a large selection of carpet. Looked at the windows. By the time I ordered my carpet and windows 30 minutes had gone by.
