"Jerry was able to stretch and clean 28 yr old carpet and make it feel and look like new carpet. He knew how to clean mohawk silk strand carpet. "timely service - couches were in need of deep cleaning and they made them look like new again. only downside is the dry time was longer than they told me and they didn't offer anything for preventing future stains (beyond scotch-gard). But these are minor downsides. Definitely would hire them again."
