"Paul and his team are true professionals. They went above and beyond and installed, repaired and left me with fantastic looking garage. Not only do these gentlemen know drywall, they can fix drywall problems and they do great work! They did a site survey, provided me an estimate and firm start date. They were true to the price (which I consider very competitive) and began and finished on the day they said they would. I would hire them again in a second! Plus, they are simply nice guys, easy and fun to be around. They truly enjoy their work. If you choose to go with them you’ll have friends for life. Nothing but good. "These guys were great! They came in on short notice and fixed all the mistakes of the person who was originally hired to do the job. They prepped the house, sanded all the walls and baseboards, removed crown molding, and painted the house, baseboards, doors, and garage for a very reasonable price. It's important to note that curing is different from drying. While the surface of the stucco may dry relatively quickly within a few hours or days, the curing process continues beneath the surface, strengthening and solidifying the stucco. 

It's best to avoid excessive moisture exposure during the curing period, as it can impede the curing process. The exact curing time can vary based on factors such as temperature, humidity, and the specific stucco mixture used.

You should aim to let stucco dry for at least 48 hours before it rains. While misting new stucco and keeping it moderately moist is important for strength and longevity, uncontrolled exposure to rain can lead to weak stucco that doesn’t bond properly. Rain can also affect the stucco finish and the color unevenly, leaving you with less appealing siding.

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.
