"When we moved into our house we knew we would need to get ceramic film applied because of the large windows. Once we moved in and saw how bad the sun faded our furniture we wanted to get this done ASAP. We received 3 quotes from tint companies and CoolVu had the film we were looking for at a great price. Wayne did an amazing job on install day. His helper was out and Steve came and helped out for a bit. Couldn't have asked for nicer guys that actually care about the job they do. Wayne kept everything clean and even had towels on the window ledge to absorb any water. He had to use a ladder to get to a high window and he protected the wall so it wouldn't be damaged. We will be having them come back to do an additional window soon. We highly recommend using CoolVu for your windows."

"I would have to agree with the low review of this company. I paid $35 for their tech to come measure, and paid someone to meet him at the property. He sent me a quote for a slider door on a deep soaking tub, of which I have put a more modern looking door on another property. When I called to discuss why, and if the other door could be used space wise, he gave me a blank answer that "the slider door is what they install." I had to call the office and have another conversation with another person who wanted us to go ahead and make a decision on a different style door we wanted from the measurements and would not revisit the home. We installed this door on a previous home, and the tech had to make sure the swing did not hit anything in the bathroom. The process I had to go through to repeatedly tell this company we did not want to now make the decision and proceed on a $4,000 job without someone returning was excruciating. Besides the fact that the management was argumentative, there was an overall air of inability to discuss the technical side of the installation which made us nervous. I would say skip this company due to the lack of professionalism we experienced when the problem arose. That alone, no matter what your issue will be, is going to be a nightmare down the rd. If you have a standard shower, that requires no thinking, and they are the lowest price that is probably the only scenario in which I would hire this company. We have done over 50 investment properties in other states, and this is by far the worst customer service experience and unorganized office I have seen to date. Save your time and patience and go where you can get the top quality and skill set for the price."
