[Member Name Removed], I am so sorry you are having such trouble with the Weathershield windows the builder installed in your home! We did NOT just walk off your job, after 4 on time visits, we determined that the Weathershield windows leak water, the glass, at least on the sashes we replaced is not properly sized (I did not order the glass, again a Weathershield problem), and the fix proposed for the leaky windows by Weathershield does not keep the wood from getting wet and therefore almost guarantees future problems. The three of these together made us realize that there was not a way to change out the glass, in these windows that leak water, that would give you a long lasting job that we could stand behind and be proud of. I was trying to explain this to you when you hung up. I understand you are upset about your situation, I sincerely hope you find a solution. We did not charge you a dime for any of the work that we did or any of the materials we used, leaving you free to find somebody else without being out of pocket for the installation. We were busy and I just forgot to do this, my mistake, for this I apologize, that is why you have never been charged. Unfortunately, your first email never reached me, still hasn't, I think when we looked into it at your home it was still in draft mode? I responded immediately to the 1 email I got and we were out quickly once your window was received. I won't ever tell anybody we are perfect, all we can do is address any problem and take care of it.
