"DFX did and excellent job. I helped my sister, Rebecca Morris get her sagging floors and foundation repaired on her home. We worked with Bryan Patrick from DFX. Bryan was great to work with and was very knowledgeable about his product and services as well as the repairs that were needed. He answered all our questions, was very punctual and accountable both before, during and after the work was completed. His team did an outstanding job leveling her floors, bracing the support beams and replacing bad floor joist. I would highly recommend DFX to anyone needing repairs on floors and foundations. Bryan and DFX were also the best price. They created drawings, and shared what all would need to be done, they were courteous and did excellent work. I would certainly use Bryan and the DFX team again. I give them 10 stars for making my sister happy. She is 84 years old and didn't have anywhere else to turn and DFX came through. "The 2 men (Rolando/friend) who came did a great job; the friend could speak no English (hard to communicate with him). HOWEVER, I asked for what was stated when I searched out local "Electricians" to be a "FREE Estimate," and I thought that's what they were doing as they pulled things apart. BUT they repaired the overhead light/fan switch without telling me the cost first. When I asked the cost Rolando politely said he didn't know and his boss would send a bill. The cost ($289) was more than we paid for the light/fan in the first place a year ago!!! Had I known that up front, I would not have hired them. I responded to the bill sent to me from David Hill that I thought $289 for an hour (or less) of work was steep; he responded that I should value their work & his costs more. That he'd already discounted the bill (which required NO PARTS) by $100 &, with all that, my cost was just $12 an hour!! With that discount, the job would've been $38; outrageous! I won't use him or Angie's again"

"I spent WAY more money on this project than I should have. The staff was friendly. The shower they installed is perfect. For the project itself, they were in and out of my home within a day. The representative who came out for the free in home inspection and consoltaition easily pressured me into signing up for the services. He told me that they didjt subcontract and the guys that would come out would be in a mad cities vehicle and be wearing their logo. That wasn't true. The people who came out were subcontractors and openly admitted to it. The lady said she was normally a teacher and just subcontracted for some summer break money. They did a good job and were nice. I just wish the representative wouldn't have pressured me and would have been more honest or informed about what actually goes on in the company vs spewing the information that he did. He didn't even mention that I could have had the rest of my bathroom done at the same time, because honestly since I took a loan out for $10k+ I might as well have had my enite bathroom re-done for that loan. Btw my trailer itself was only $12k. Financially I severely regret having gone though Mad City Bath for this project. However, my bathroom shower is indeed amazing I would just recommend only doing so for a house and to not get pressured by a sales representative. Pay attention before giving information or signing. Don't let them walk you though things as if it's normal or tell you that they need your information to give you an estimate on prices. Don't let them distract you with catalogs and picking out your dream bathroom unless you have set your heart to spend a fortune and are investing into a real house! Again, beautiful shower, friendly workers, costs an arm and a leg."
