I canceled the contract within the 72-hour period as allowed under the Federal cooling-off rule, yet more than 10 days later they have failed to refund my $5,500 deposit. I have called multiple times and was repeatedly told that the sales manager would contact me, but no one has followed up. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor a lawful cancellation is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone."

I'm sure all their techs are good, but if you're lucky, you'll get PJ and Andrew to do the bulk of the work. They were professional, friendly and they worked like a couple of mules.
